Job Responsibility

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with necessary information and resources for success.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to employees on goal setting and career development.
• Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation, and assist with HR-related queries.
• Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and monitor employee development plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping abreast of any regulatory changes.

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience Requirement

• At least 2 year(s)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or related field, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
