Job Context

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Delivery Men. As a Delivery Man, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of food orders to our customers, while providing exceptional service and upholding our brand reputation.

Job Responsibility

• Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers' homes or workplaces within the designated delivery area.
• Ensure the accuracy of orders by double-checking items before departure and verifying customer details upon delivery.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Follow established delivery routes and schedules, optimizing delivery efficiency and minimizing delays.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, maintaining proper records of cash collections and receipts.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate order preparation and dispatch, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving, prioritizing safety and responsible driving practices.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks in the restaurant, such as packing takeout orders or assisting in the kitchen, as needed.
• Represent the restaurant in a positive and professional manner, upholding our brand image and values at all times.

Educational Requirement

• JSC Passed

Experience Requirement

• Safe Bike Riding Experience
• Familiarity with local roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
• Ability to navigate using GPS or maps to locate customer addresses efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have experience in food delivery or customer service is preferred but not required.

Additional Requirement

• Age 18 to 35 years
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
