  • Job Responsibility

    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, aligned with company goals and market trends.
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Lead the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
    • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and leverage insights to inform business strategy and decision-making.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities, value proposition, and solutions tailored to their needs.
    • Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, and leverage knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Educational Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience Requirement

    • Minimum 3 year(s)|
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and closing deals.
    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and develop effective business development strategies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
