    We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Officer to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the IT industry.

  • Job Responsibility

    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and proposing customized IT solutions.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Track sales performance and pipeline activity, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, leveraging this knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional networks and generate leads.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demand, contributing to product roadmap and innovation efforts.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Educational Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience Requirement

    • At least 2 year(s)
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Fluency in English and Bengali, both written and verbal.
