Job Context

We are currently Looking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Job Responsibility

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, expenses, and income, and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial performance metrics, identifying variances and trends for management review.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and departments to gather financial information and support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws, and assist in audits and regulatory filings as required.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for strategic planning and business decisions.

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience Requirement

• At least 2 to 3 year(s)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in an IT company or related industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
